    ACE-452: Added a repository based UserAdmin storage backend
     - Added a RoleRepositoryStore for UserAdmin that works on a repository
     - Removed UpdateUserAdminTask as this is no longer necessary, we're working on the repo
     - Updated run confugurations

    ACE-531: Changed RepositoryServlet to use different status codes instead of only HTTP
    Updated RemoteRepository to throw the same exceptions as a local Repoistory based on respose
