Subject [jira] [Commented] (APLO-222) Queue Names with slashes
Date Thu, 19 Jul 2012 13:50:35 GMT

Christian Posta commented on APLO-222:

Depending on what protocol you're using, you should be able to configure the "path separator":

  <connector id="tcp" bind="tcp://">
      <stomp path_separator="/" />

> Was hoping to switch from ActiveMQ to ActiveMQ Apollo, but it would seem the latter does
not support slashes in queue names. This is a show-stopper for us as (for some reason or
other) we have a significant infrastructure which utilizes queues such as "some/thing/or/some/thing/else".
 This may be a problem for others hoping to make the switch, so I wondered if this is indeed
the case and whether it could be something to consider adding to the wish list.
