Please have clear notification on PGA when compute resources are under maintenance. Ideally
these types of notifications should be displayed in the PGA home page or can even be alerted
users via email.

Currently;
In PGA experiment summary error is given as 
"Error occurred...."

when SSH BR2 gives the message
BigRed2 is down for monthly scheduled system maintenance.
In the Airavata log it is given as
