when the incorrect queue exists cannot Lunch the experiment from PGA; it only gets created.
Edited the experiment and launched with correct queue for the resource. Then only the experiment
fails; First the job FAILED and then the experiment. As if it didn't take in the correct queue
but launched with the previous incorrect queue.
