    Description: 

When configuring application interface input and output fields user gives the data type and
a value. The given value is not validated against the data type 
e.x: User can define data type as URI and give a String value or a integer value and save
successfully.

When a user is creating, editing an experiments the input and output values entered should
also be validated against the types defined at application interface level.
