For users there is a default credential store token generated by the system. They can add
this to their preference. When user adds the default key it is not getting updated with the
rightful token in the USER_COMPUTE_RESOURCE_PREFERENCE table. This only happens with the defualt

If user generates a key and adds it then the token is added to the above table and gfac reads
the token and proceeds.
