Based on testing in AIRAVATA-2431, I'm not having any trouble logging into PGA with the Keycloak
realm admin username and password.  Also, just FYI, I've changed the realm creation code in
IamAdminServices so that the Keycloak realm admin that is created is added to the "admin"
role automatically.
