Marcus Christie resolved AIRAVATA-2727.
    Resolution: Fixed

Initial development work is done now, but testing is still needed.

Validation and required fields should be added but I'm deferring that for now.

I'm still thinking about switching to HTML5 history API but I think it will simplify the URLs
and the code so it seems like a good idea. Also should end up being a good pattern that can
be implemented in the rest of the apps.
