Where can we set this up? when we are sharing application deployments? Makes sense at deployment
level. Can it work the same way for gateway resource profile as well? And this sharing is
equally available for individual users as well.

For entities that are collaboratively managed this can become burdensome that all sharing
changes must be funneled through a single user. It would be useful if the entity owner could
delegate managing of who has sharing access to another user or group.
