Subject Could custom client service add start/stop?

Hi! 

I follow https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBARI/Defining+a+Custom+Service and
add a custom client service. 

I want add start/stop as customCommand, but i do not know how and when to call them. 

Also, is there any possible to start/stop client service at web UI like master service?
