Subject Out Of Memory Error ::
Date Mon, 01 Sep 2003 08:00:26 GMT
hi ,
I have an xml file which does
1. Get the latest from VSS
2. Compile all the 650 java files
3. Create the RMI to some 15 of them
4. Call external bat file to create the Jars ( 11 in number ).
5. Change the Flag in two java files( for the debug version).
6. Create a new directory to place all the class files there.
All the 1-6 are happening successfully.
But now i need to compile ( Step 7 ) all the 650 java files again with
the changed flag but it is throwing the below error

[javac] The system is out of resources.
[javac] Consult the following stack trace for details.

[javac] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
[javac] <<no stack trace available>>

Can anybody say why it is happening...because after this 7 step i have
8. Call another bat file to create the debug jar
9. Get a new folder from the VSS.
10. Copy the files from this new folder to another folder.

But if i omit the 7,8 step then every thing is going on 100%.

 So Any lights...or work arounds..

Thanks & Regards,
