Hi Konrad,
you probably need another read after the final <write string="cp
/home/${telnet.user}/${} /codedrop"/>
otherwise the telnet session is disconnected before the cp command is

Betreff: [Telnet] Debugging Telnet task?

Is there anyway besides executing Ant with the
"-debug" parameter for debugging the Telnet task as it
executes? The below task is completing successfully,
but when I check the server it is apparent that the
Telnet commands were not actually executed

<telnet server="${telnet.server}"

	<read timeout="3">]% </read>
	<write string="ls -al"/>

	<read timeout="3"> </read>
	<write string="/usr/seos/bin/sesudo regional"/>

	<read timeout="3"> </read>
	<write string="cp

Is there any thing wrong with this task? If not, is
there any way to access any additional logging output
from the telnet task to see what the script is choking
