There is not much Ant can do here - there is no real way for it to pass 
an argument that has quotes and spaces. How do you even do that yourself 
at the command line?

The command line is inherently an imperfect channel for getting data 
into your application. Is it possible to pass data to your application 
in another way such as a file?
