Apologies for previous the spam attachment to this issue.

Unfortunately, there are a number of people that fail to realise that the ASF
Bugzilla instances treat all text attachments as plain text regardless of the
MIME type that the creator might claim.

I've marked the attachment as obsolete and blocked the user that created it.
