How do I ensure that https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/aries/KEYS has been
mirrored to @people.apache.org:/www/www.apache.org/dist/aries/KEYS?

I tried using scp but received the following:

scp: /www/www.apache.org/dist/aries/KEYS: Permission denied
