John Ross commented on ARIES-1050:
----------------------------------

There are two remaining places where coordinations are used.

(1) BundleEventHook - A coordination is used when handling an explicitly installed bundle.
This should remain an independent coordination since the installation occurred outside of
the Subsystems API.

(2) RegionContextBundleHelper - An independent coordination is used when installing a subsystem's
region context bundle. This can reuse an existing coordination and will be changed accordingly.

> Revisit the use of coordinations in order to take advantage of the deployment manifest
optimizations.

> ARIES-1034 introduced an optimization where the saving of the deployment manifest is
delayed when a coordination is present. All subsystem operations affecting the deployment
manifest should be revisted and make use of coordinations in order to take advantage of this
change.
