Same problem (Ignored rollbackOn) on KAraf 4.1.0 Hibernate/5.2.6, Aries JPA 2.6, and Aries
transaction 2.x with pax-jdbc-pool-dbcp2 (XA=true), pax-jdbc-postgresql on Postgres 9.6 DB
server.
Only RuntimeException (and chield) produce a transaction rollback. Tested also on cross service
transaction.
