Subject Redundant includes within WSDL2Ws generated service
Date Wed, 14 Jul 2004 09:45:56 GMT

hi,

We have been seeing problems with redundant #include statements, within the
WSDL2Ws generated service, which cause compile problems, due to referring
to non-existent files.

When the WSDL specifies a ComplexType, WSDL2Ws creates an Array type for
it. Using the naming convention MyComplexType_Array. And these are in the
#include statements of the service.
However, if the WSDL does not make use of arrays of that ComplexType then
WSDL2Ws doesn't create the Array type - this is correct behaviour - but it
still includes the #include statement for it.

Does anyone have some ideas on how this could be resolved?

Adrian
