Hi All,

 I'd like to nominate Andrew Perry who has contributed many patches to Axis
C++ for committership
in Axis/C++.

  He was very helpful testing Axis C++ source and fixing many bugs.
  One of the key contributions from him was the improved version of
testcases tool that helped
automate the test runs.

  Here's my vote: +1.
