You mean stuff like http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/AXISCPP-212. ?

Hi All;

I would like to explain what is meant by supporting WS-Security and
WS-Addressing. It does not mean that we are implementing them for 1.4. There
are two teams at LSF working on those projects and they have specific
requirements for the handlers. Since Roshan has been developing the handlers
in Axis C++ he has decided to support the requirements identified by the
WS-Security team and the WS-Addressing team. The support required is yet to
be included in JIRA.

LSF folk would be working on features 11 to 16. I am definitely +1 for
stability yet would like to see these features implemented.

Farhaan
