Adding same BasicNode more than once results in some exception
--------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: AXISCPP-349
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXISCPP-349
     Project: Axis-C++
        Type: Bug
    Reporter: James Jose

Adding same BasicNode more than once results in some exception
----------------------------------------------------------------

I created a BasicNode by using createChild() API in the IHeaderBlock.
Then I added this BasicNode more than once by using addChild() API.
This will generates the SOAP message correctly. But finnaly it throws
exception.

The code is as follows-

IHeaderBlock *phb = ws.createSOAPHeaderBlock("TestHeader","http://ws.apache.org/");
		BasicNode *Bnode1=phb->createChild(CHARACTER_NODE);
		Bnode1->setValue("AXIS");
		phb->addChild(Bnode1);
		phb->addChild(Bnode1);
