Yes, the test which tests all Transport related Property
functions(TestTransportProperties.cpp) is run only as part of the Ant test
framework.

Yes there is a test for this.
ws-axis/c/tests/auto_build/testcases/client/cpp/TestTransportProperties.cpp,

 with a test properties file
ws-axis/c/tests/auto_build/testcases/tests/TestTransportProperties.xml.

I think this is only run as part of the Ant test framework.
