Subject RE: Problem with operation name in cpp doc lit
Date Tue, 15 Feb 2005 18:01:25 GMT
Hi Adrian,

I was not suggesting to recommend to set SOAPAction in
every WSDL (In fact SOAPAction is typically a bad idea
if you want your WSDL to be interoperable - see the WSI
profile), but for the limited purpose of helping our
unit tests (Axis c - Axis c) find the right service and
operation it certainly possible that we are using SOAP
action. So the suggestion was whether we could use
SOAPAction in our unit test wsdl's (for doc lit).

The good news here is that the SOAPaction service and
operation finding is already implemented and working and
implementing a different mechanism (parameter/part matching
which axis java employs) will take time.

Just my 2c,

Carsten

We had a discussion on this topic a while back (
