Um, you aren't supposed to be able to commit over pserver.  You need to go 
through :ext: via SSH instead (which does not need a tunnel configured).  If 
you can commit, then that's a serious bug we need to stop since pserver isn't 
supposed to be configured for commits.  -- justin
