One thing we could do is to allow the xsd:dateTime
desrialization to be in absolut (GMT/UTC) time.
Since the current local time deserialization is still
necessary, this would need to be configurable -
one more item to axsicpp.conf for example.

This would be not just for the unit tests but we 
have a customer who wants to have GMT/UTC times
and has to jump through hoops right now with the 
fixed local time conversion of xsd:dateTime. I think
this would be quite useful to add.

Hmm ... yeah, I've been wondering about this, either we need to "smart" up
the framework to cope with this, or perhaps our general approach to
date/time isn't quite right?
