We don't currently produce 64bit binaries.
I did some initial work on enabling 64bit builds for AIX (you may have
noticed the presence of build.AIX64.properties) which you may wish to try.

You run the build framework exactly as for 32bit AIX, except providing the
following additional argument when running ANT:
      -D64bit=true

It was quite a while ago I put in these changes, and due to other
priorities I stopped working on this before including with the nightly
builds - meaning it hasn't been used or tested for some time, so you may
find there are issues.
If you encounter problems post to this mailing list and we may be able to
help - alternatively, if you produce any fixes we would be interested if
you could post patch files.

There are a couple of things to check here
1) The required libraries (Axis C++ and also Xerces-C) are available on the
system library path
2) Ensure the correct library name is used for XMLParser: in
$AXISCPP_DEPLOY/etc/axiscpp.conf
3) The correct version of Xerces-C is being used - when using the
downloaded binaries you will need v2.2.0
