Adrian Dick resolved AXISCPP-823:
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Hi,

This problem appears to have been resolved by recent memory fixes to xsd__hexBinary and xsd__base64Binary,
so I am going to mark this as resolved.

> XSD_base64Binary and XSD_hexBinary tests have some memory leaks and it'll crash the server.
This happen when testing against the Axis C++ service.
> When you run the one of test repeatedly 2 or more times server will crash.
