I fixed the bug that was there in the Apache httpd mocule that caused the bug.
Now it should return the SOAP fault with error code 500

Chris Darroch created a JIRA issue late last year about this bug here =>
but I dont think the bug has been fixed. If I sue the simple axis2 http server, the client
successfully receives the soap faul. I used TcpMon to capture the response and this is what
the client sees:
