Do you have a WSDL file that shows this problem?

.NET always defines a single part for all wrapped operations, even those which
have to arguments:

<s:element name="printName">
  <s:complexType />
</s:element>
<message name="printNameSoapIn">
  <part name="parameters" element="s0:printName" />
</message>

This is the definition of wrapped (1 part which has an element name that
matches the operation name).

Post Beta 3, the validation of wrapped WSDL now enforces all the rules
(otherwise it isn't considered wrapped), could you try this on a nightly build
or the current CVS source?
