Is this a good enough reason for a -1? Eclipse XSD drags in 3+ jars, the code is not available
via
cvs, we cannot make changes to it anyway since it is not an Apache project. If you care to
see the
Bugzilla for Axis, you will see why we need something ASAP. 

Please consider changing your VOTE to -0.
