Do we want to add a switch to turn this on/off independent of the
server-side code generation?

Here is the patch I promized, I will wait till tommarow and commit it
if it seems fine. :).

(Just for for info,) Is it possible to deploy a ws to axis just by coping
the jar with deploy.wsdd to the tcomcat. Since with the build file to
genarate the jar file, that feature would make thing very easy. Can we
add that feature as well. (Still not sure how to?)

Note :- there are two files they are given as patch1,patch2(it is a new
file)
