Hi All,

The jar should be automatically downloaded by maven.

By the way the original problem mentioned : "[junit] - Invalid service
 PingPort.aar due to Two services can not have same name, a service
with PingPort already exists in the system" seems to be a problem with
the way the  org.apache.axis2.integration.UtilServer is used.

Each of the security test cases deploys the PingPort service with
UtilServer (in setUp()), runs 2 test methods and turns the server off
with UtilServer.stop() (in tearDown()). Here the two threads created
for the two test methods starts and stops the UtilServer twice
separately. Seems like when the second thread with the test method is
run, the *same* SimpleHTTPServer instance is used to deploy the
service.

This issue pops up very rarely ... Wayne can you run the build few
more times and see whether you get this problem all the time?
