1) Does not use features (generics) specific to JDK 1.5.  
2) Included SOAP1.2 bindings 
3) Tested successfully against the class org.apache.axis2.engine.MyService and output is comparable
with old.wsdl attached in prev. comments by Davanum Srinivas

under a single namespace could result in type collisions
