AxisServlet closes OutputStream too early in some instances
-----------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2-3171
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-3171
             Project: Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: kernel
    Affects Versions: nightly
            Reporter: Dustin Amrhein
             Fix For: nightly

Axis2 Kernel changes are needed in order to fix RM in order processing. The Axis2Servlet is
closing the
stream too early in some situations. When InvocationResponse.SUSPEND is returned from submitting

an HTTP request, the servlet should delegate closing the stream to the handler that issued
the SUSPEND.
This will allow handlers such as RM to handle closing the OutputStream at the appropriate
time.
