Subject [jira] Resolved: (AXIS2-3852) A module in the module folder works on al services
Date Tue, 21 Dec 2010 14:24:04 GMT

Afkham Azeez resolved AXIS2-3852.

    Resolution: Not A Problem
      Assignee: Afkham Azeez

If a handler exists before the dispatch phase, and the relevant module has been engaged to
a service, that handler needs to be invoked for all services, since the service has still
not been found. If the handlers exist after the dispatch phase, they will be invoked only
for the engaged services.
