Make sure your  "ServiceClass" parameter refer to a Java interface not to a Class and SpringBeanName
refer to the server bean as follows. If still no luck attach your sample project here. 


e.g - 

<parameter name="ServiceObjectSupplier" >org.apache.axis2.extensions.spring.receivers.SpringServletContextObjectSupplier</parameter>
<parameter name="SpringBeanName" >myService</parameter>
<parameter name="ServiceClass" >my.IMyService</parameter
