    I saw that Apache Fluo (incubating) had this link, and I liked it. https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct#specific-guidelines
    
    I did not see that this was required by the Podling rules, but IMO there's no harm in
being explicit that we want to create a good environment. This is Apache policy anyway, I
don't think Beam would be exempt if we wanted to be.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dhalperi/incubator-beam-site conduct

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-beam-site/pull/35.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
