    [BEAM-498] Exclude "uncallable method of anonymous class" errors from findbugs

    Be sure to do all of the following to help us incorporate your contribution

     - [x] Make sure tests pass via `mvn clean verify`. (Even better, enable

           [Individual Contributor License Agreement](https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt).

    These errors are spurious in the presence of reflective invocations, such as that for
the new `DoFn`.
    
    You can see such errors in the build results for #782 and #757.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/kennknowles/incubator-beam uncallable

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-beam/pull/786.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
