Yes, but it would require some specific configuration on the broker side.

In ActiveMQ, it can be achieved with a VirtualTopic: http://activemq.apache.org/virtual-destinations.html

Maybe, we can simply remove the topic support in the {{JmsIO}} in that case (even if I think
it's pretty important to support topic subscription).
