    Remove deprecated AggregatorFactory from SDK

    Be sure to do all of the following to help us incorporate your contribution

    Analogous Dataflow worker changes are en route, not requiring a dance, but I thought I'd
just open this since they won't affect the code review. This is a trivial port from one copy
to another of this interface.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull AggregatorFactory

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
