    [BEAM-1611] Explicitly GBK before stateful ParDo in Dataflow batch

    This is a cherry-pick of the principle change from #2147. It requires a compatible Dataflow
worker, which I will add here when ready.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull batch-state-0.6.0
