Subject [jira] [Work logged] (BEAM-3371) Add ability to stage directories with compiled classes to Spark
Date Thu, 20 Sep 2018 20:18:00 GMT

ASF GitHub Bot logged work on BEAM-3371:

                Author: ASF GitHub Bot
            Created on: 20/Sep/18 20:17
            Start Date: 20/Sep/18 20:17
    Worklog Time Spent: 10m
Work Description: lgajowy commented on issue #6244: [BEAM-3371] Enable running integration
tests on Spark
@aromanenko-dev I rewrote the history squashing the commits that were irrelevant. Initially,
this PR was all about Spark (BEAM-3371) but I also added one commit related to Flink (BEAM-3370)
which is about adding the tests. All this in light of the recent [dev list discussion](
and [docs](
Let me know if this looks good to you too - I have never really received feedback about
the history shape, although I try to care about it. It looks that we (commiters especially)
should be more aware about the git history so this PR is a good chance to actually get the
feedback and practice this. :)

of the directory not being staged (absence of test classes on the Spark's classpath, hence
> Again, this probably could be resolved analogously as in flink, while BEAM-981 issue
is resolved.
