Sentence restructured and now make more sense.

For the 1.0 release, the NetUI runtime <em>can not</em> be shared between multiple
web applications; the runtime
 for every web application must be isolated inside of its own web application classloader.
 This is because in some 
 cases, NetUI caches information in statics or class instances rather than in the <code>ServletContext</code>.
