Env: Debian 9 (stretch), Maven 3.6.0, OpenJDK 1.8.0_181 running in  
docker container

- Verified SHA256 - OK
- Verified signature - OK
- Checked NOTICE - OK
- Checked README - OK
- Ran mvn -DskipTests clean install - OK
- Ran mvn test - OK
