you're saying "make sure this batch is atomic even if the coordinator is wiped out" and C*
is telling you, "i can't guarantee that."  so it sounds to me like it's working as designed.

(for the same reason that we reject quorum when only 1 node of 3 is alive: because we can't
deliver our contract.)
