After looking at this further and a bit of experimentation, it appears that the only thing
that's really necessary, or at least a nicety, is a "setPageSize" method for EJBQLQuery. 
You can already call initWithProperties in the current snapshot, so I used that to test EJBQLQuery
in conjunction with a non-zero page size; so it appears that this now becomes a perfunctory
affair of adding the getter/setter to EJBQLQuery.
