    Modeler. Pack of fixes

    - Exception in Infer relationships
    - MappingCache: skip query descriptor name uniqueness check
    - Update query name validator to check name uniqueness across all data maps
    - Fix db path selection in ObjAttribute
    - NPE in graph builder in process of reverse engineering
    - Code clean up
