Here is research result:
this is hard limit that we unable to overcome at Cayenne side, it should be managed exactly
as said in exception: by adjusting {{max_allowed_packet}} server variable.

And a side note, we can switch MySQL {{CharType}} and {{ByteArrayType}} to use clob and blob
