    Added the ability to generate a primary key using sequences (since version MS SQL 2012)
and 'NEWID()' in cayenne-server

    If the type of the key is integer, uses the sequences.
    If the key type is UNIQUEIDENTIFIER, uses the built-in function NEWID()

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/PRIESt512/cayenne updateSQLServerAdapter

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cayenne/pull/277.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
