The instructions will be specific to the router you use at home. Check
with the manufacturer provided docs. After you NAT your MS host you can
access it from the outside, using the public ip provided by your ISP. I
imagine you'll also want something like dynamic dns if your isp provides
you with a dynamic public ip.
